If you could make one perk...

I you could make on perk, what would it be?
mine would be called "shoot the guilt too" It would make it so when you kill good characters your karma wont fall as much, depending on who it is (karma with factions wouldn't drop as much either but it wouldn't take effect if you kill a leader of the faction)

The ability to slow down time when ADSing.

Suppresive Fire-When using Assult Rifles, LMGs or Miniguns all targets sain 25-50% less speed

I dont think the game engine could handle it but Ricochet King- where all revolvers can ricochet on most surfaces

High Impact- Depending on Tier level all sniper based weapons gain the abilty to knock down an enemy at random for a certain amount of time
Tier 3-10% chance, 3 seconds
Tier 4-20% chance, 5 seconds
Tier 5- 30% chance, 7 seconds

Perhaps could make this a ranked perk

how about one shot "Headshot" so no matter what weapon you use in vats to make a headshot on a deathclaw its an instant kill.

I would add "Go Big or Go Home" which would grant +10% DAM & +50 Carry Weight when wearing Powered Armor.

This two would be AWESOME for my current playthrough as im using fallout 1 and 2 weapons and T-51b Power Armor.

Get the Sawyer mod that basically does this (within reason)

My perk would be GUNNER, all weapons (LMG, AR and the sniper rifle) that have bi pods(folded or unfolded) get an accuracy bonus of 15% when crouching.

Craftsman- the value of craftable items and cooked food increased 300% + new crafting and cooking recipes are unlocked. The recipes could include the Auto-Inject stimpak/super stimpak, Satchel Charges, Wasteland Tequila, Snakebite Tourniquet, Rocket: High Explosive etc. as well as new ones.

Why? Because I find it absurd that the vast majority of crafted items and cooked food in Fallout cost less than the sum of their parts.
