I dont like mw3, so I dont go on the forums to complain about it all day, I do something else, same with every other game I dont like
I dont go on their forums just to complain about every specific detail thats wrong with them, Ill play a game I like instead, or just get on with my life

if you hate skyrim so much, why dont you just do something more constructive with your day then [censored]ing about it?

Lot of these wihiners are ones who invested 100 hours playing non stop then complaining they are burnt out and there is nothing more to do.

I think the reason people complain on these forums is because they feel slighted. They paid a fair amount of money for a game and didn't enjoy it. Where better to complain about it? I'm sure there are better places to complain, but the forums seem like a logical choice to me.

I loved Morrowind, HATED Oblivion, and enjoy Skyrim... never felt the need to make a thread about my feelings on these games though. Some people do.

Well-said man. For my part I love Skyrim. I know that everyone is entitled to their opinions, but it seems odd that there would be so many critics of the game on a Bethesda forum made for fans of Skyrim. It makes me wonder why they are here on this forum in the first place? Too much time on their hands? For my part when I really like a game I go to a forum to praise the game and swap experiences with other fans. not to castigate the game and disparage anything positive others say about it. In any event no one has ever erected a statue to a critic.

Some people are genuinely critiquing the game, and there is nothing wrong with that. However there are a lot of posts that are just outright complaining and bashing.

idiots tbh, they could just easily return the game,

I used to go on the battlefield 3 forums all the time, but the game came out, and it svcked
I didnt go on the forums to [censored] about it all day, I havent been back to the forums since, the issues with it arent gonna get fixed so why waste my time?
I just returned it for Skyrim instead, skyrim isnt perfect, but I dont see why those people dont just do the same if they hate it so much, people who claim to be so smart as well!

a- we can't return the game, wish we could, but they don't take back PC games
b- we HAVE stopped playing... or rather barely started, because we crash to desktop everytime we try

I wish everyone took this into consideration.

What I have notice, they seem to keep trying to appeal to a different generation. This time it is to the mentality of 12 year olds. Health regen etc..much is striped out of Skyrim, also much was taken from Morrowind. They take 10 step backwards, and take 3 baby steps forward. Crafting was a nice move imo. but then they took out spell making. Duel wielding was a nice move, but then they completely revamped the attributes system. There is hardly any upkeep on your character as well. It went from a technical RPG Morrowind, to a arcade RPG Skyrim.

This is just how I feel anyways. I don't speak for others.

First I never said it was flawless, im only 60 hours in and im getting way bored, but after that im not going to come here, im going to play or do something else
aslo If morrowind is so amazing, why dont you play it and not come here all the time to whine?
Im dissapointed with battlefield 3, I didnt cry about it, I just did something else, because at the end of the day, DICE are not going to listen, and there are better things to do such as playing better games, going outside, reading a book, watching a film, working out, etc

bethesda are not going to change because you cry, find another game you like and enjoy that one!

Yes my question Is, what is so fun about complaining, I could write a essay on why MW3 is a big POS just from the trailers, and from the previous games
but ive got better things to do!

Why dont you do something else then complain?
Why dont you just play morrowind then, dark souls, if they were so good, I would think you would have more time to play those games then you do complaining about skyrim.

I have a theory....the Bethesda forums cover many games. Methinks some are a bit nitpicky here because on the game forum of the game they love there may be some criticism and a general die down of intelligeble discussion so they come here for revenge since this forum is lively and abundant with a constant stream of topics and discussions.

Or it could be that no matter how good a game is some people are not happy. Some have justifiable reasons why and some just want to complain for the sake of complaining and everything in between.

Agree. People who are critiquing are needed and useful. To hear the customers complaints and problems help developers understand their target audience and help them make better games in the future. But yeah, for the bashers and haters who just complain and have no valid arguement, youre just embarassing yourself. Don't just go to a forum and be a dousche.
