edit*NVM - Hahahaha - I made some and found me a few (aggressive) survivalist Powder Gangers to test one on!

They are seemingly a composite of all grenade types, with standard blast radius and fuse time-delay.
Great addition to the arsenal!

In FO3, Nuka Grenades were the best explosive toy in the game short of Mini Nukes.

I used to use grenades, but then I moved to the various launchers (grenade, missile, and mini-nuke) since they always land where I aim them. That, and some of same have significantly greater range than any thrown weapon ever could, which allows me to dish out heavy damage without risking blowing myself up in the process.

True, launchers are not as useful indoors unless you have a clean LOF, since it's easy to accidentally hit a static near your position instead of the intended target, but when you do have a clean shot they'll obliterate pretty much anything on a direct hit.
