Do you exercise?

On track with diets and weight loss and the general shape of your being, do you exercise? Regularly?

I managed to exercise consistently for a few months before I just sat around my place generally feeling like crap, unmotivated to exercise anymore. Now I am running just once a week and hurting while doing it.

I exercise 3-6 times a week, generally a 30-40 minute session of stair-walking and/or hula-hooping. I hate it.

Does running around like a headless chicken at work and not eating count as exercise? Then, yes I do it three times a week.

4 times a week it's bodybuilding time with me and the BF, plus some other exercises scattered there if we don't feel like doing heavy stuff.

Very, very rarely. And when I do, it's nothing more then a simple walk. Can't really do much else nowadays with my back, and lately my knees on top of that. I"d like to though, I used to do push-ups regularly(3 sets of 100 a day) and power walk 5 miles a day, but that was a loooonnggg time ago.

Same here. I walk a LOT on my job. And I practice Tai Chi everyday too. I really need to eat right though. with all the phyiscal activity that I do, I'd lose a lot of weight if I would just eat healthy.

Actual exercise? Nope. I had thought about doing regular walks and then jogs after that, but never actually did it. Hell, I don't even have running shoes.
