Do you get to choose a perk on level 30? : Fallout: New Vegas

fairly straightforward ... it seems like on the last game the last perk you got to choose was on 29 instead of 30 (i could be wrong, it's been a while) so do you get to select a perk after hitting level 30?

30 is an even number, and you're supposed to get a perk at every even level. I can't confirm, but I have no reason to believe you don't get one at 30.

You allowed 15 perks so yeah not including ones got elsewhere
