7 week ago deserted ps3 skyrim for xbox360 skyrim.start a new character and enjoy the 3 dlc. but one week ago start a new one for doing the vampire faction side stuff for dawnguard.with my first character i dont want him involve in the dark brotherhood so my vampire is in the dark brotherhood. i dont want my first character to be involve in the civil war. so (SIGHT SIGHT) my vampire will be involve in the civil war because i need to do that for the xbox acheivement trophee.( its the only reason i will do it) so i will be back in 24 hours and see which side my dark brotherhood vampire will take.

I suspect the Stormcloaks would be a better option for the civil war.

I have no idea what you're on about with that complete lack of... well... everything.
But going along with the other comments, I preferred the Imperials side. Ulfric is just a power hungry warmonger.

From ky understanding he just wants to ensure that all his comrades didn't die for nothing and that his people's traditions and religion are kept intact.

And unfortuantly for him to be in the place to ne able to realistically do that, he has to be in a seat of power....basically at the top.
Ive always got the impression of the flame alchemist when I see ulfric from fma. Both have done terrible things and have still done terrible things like creat civil wars all for the greater good of the country.
Thats just my opionion and people have the right to disagree though.

Nah, I see a similar notion. However the setting is different politically and metaphysically speaking. In FMA there is no God being erased from the Mythic who just so happens to be the force holding that world together aka Talos. However, there also isn't an Empire who most likely secretly wishes to reinstate worship of said god, and is trying to regain it's strength so it gain and advantage and thus defeat the aggressor that wishes to erase said god from the Mythic and undo creation. The civil war is surprisingly complex, at least the events are. The questline itself? Not so much.
