Do you guys invest in making your character look good?

not talking about character creation. I remember someone said that in oblivion they wore the mythic dawn robes the whole game just because of how it looks. My cousin always wears hoods no matter what class he is.

Yes. Since Daggerfall or maybe even Arena TES has been a cross between playing with barbie dolls, playing doom / GTA, and playing a pen & paper RPG.

I role play, so it depends on whether that character should look good. Only a few of my Skyrim characters will be decked out in fine regalia.

I invest the time in looting jewellery from bodies.
Am I the only person that doesn't RP every day? :(

very much so, in oblivion I tended to pick the armour I liked the look of best, then enchant it so that it had good stats, additionally I tend to keep a set of normal clothes on me to change into when i'm in town or such

I like to walk around in some nice threads if I'm strolling through town and doing business. If I plan on getting into some trouble I do it in style with the nicest set of armor I can find or make. Looking good no matter what I do in Tamriel.

I wouldn't be playing Altmer right if my character wasn't buying all the best clothes.

I try to make most all my characters look good. Whether it be the finest armor or most luxurious robe or tunic, they always rock it. B)
