Sorry if I forgot something huge. I placed a number of things into the 'world' question. It's basically everything you do and see in the world and how the game affects that; if that makes sense.
I'm a console player but if I had to lose one it would be world feature. The game can as pretty and big as it want to be but if it's boring and bland I won't play it after beating it once or twice like Skyrim.
I wouldn't want to give up any of them, but the word 'each' in the first option gave me enough leeway to choose that. Major actions should have consequences, but each action doesn't have to.
We're giving this up, now.
Alas, Graphics and lighting must be the obvious choice.
Despite all the griping about FO4s "dated" graphics it appears that a lot of people here (Myself included) would much rather sacrifice graphical quality than anything else.
Which is good, I think.
World features. No pretty eye candy for me.
World features, I value and Character Customization, great Companions and interesting Story's too much. Besides I've never played a Bethesda game for its graphic and lighting quality.
World features was too broad a catagory for me. Had it simply been 'graphics' or something it would have been an easy choice, but 'world features' include everything from physics enabled objects to player homes. If all the sand has hardened to cement, you can't build a sand castle and it isn't much of a sandbox anymore. The sandbox is what separates Bethesda games from most of the rest of what's out there.
I choose Special but I'm not happy about it, none of these choices I would like to give up.
Character creation, since it doesn't exclude SPECIAL and attributes.
A game needs to have room for world features imo. They should work towards a goal though.
Pretty sure Bethesda gives a majority of those up anyway in favor of the bottom one, in terms of world design at least. You could have separated the world features a bit. As many of those have nothing to do with the other.
But as far as I'm concerned, the visuals of the game should be a game's last focus, and the obsession people have these days with a game's visuals, even so obsessed with the smallest little flaw in them, is highly absurd.
Can't give something up if we've never had it...and TBH, I don't think Beth has given it to us yet. (BTW, long time no speak, S.C.)
However, if I had to choose one of them, I'd give up graphics before I'd give up any of the others. Character creation might be second on my list, but that would really svck.
I don't get the question. Why do we have to give on up? They can all be included in the game. It's not like Bethesda has said one of these systems will be taken out of the game but everything else will become AWESOME. For all we know, Bethesda could have taken 2 or 3 out of the game or non at all.
I don't get it. What am I missing with this question? For me, I want all of them. Espically now that I have to pay $79.99 for the game.
Indeed. Better scrap everything else and focus fully on that one. Worked the last three times.
World features. I'm here to be intrigued and have an interesting story presented to me through well thought-out dialogue and fully developed characters. I don't care if I can climb that mountain. I can't talk to the mountain. The mountain is just a mountain.
I don't think we have to worry about that. There is no mountains around Boston. Or am I mistaken again?
Definitely the last choice if i had to sacrifice any.
It is quite troubling though that SPECIAL is the second choice.. Just goes to show the audience that Bethesda has been aiming towards with their last few titles, and another thing that gives me a bad feeling in my gut about this next fallout game.
