a vault with 500 scientists, 250 male, 250 female, built for the people to live pleasant, normal lives. A scientist may leave if they want and can come back in after removing radiation. capable of holding 1,500 people, so new people may be let in and population control won't be needed for a while.

the vault will have state of the art lab equipment and machines for making anything that you know how to make.
the vault has control over a factory with the ability to make anything and a robot army to do their bidding. (the army is replenished by the factory and both are outside)
the purpose of the vault is for the scientists to experiment on the outside using the robots, hence the negative.

experiments include: enforcement of Christmas by giving out prewar items such as board games or televisions, giving everyone fully repaired guns and ammo while confiscating armor and meds, confiscating all weapons and giving out free power armor and a life supply of stimpacks making killing anyone nearly impossible, flooding the world with free drugs so everyone gets addicted, and giving ghouls chemicals to try and make them into normal humans, then irradiating them to turn them back into ghouls.

Populated by Scientists who specialize in Genetics, Anatomy, Fertility, infertility, etc. The victi....I mean Volunteers would be people with infertility problems, RD, birth deflects, genetic anomalies, low White blood count. Also, be populated by individuals that have rare but beneficial mutations. The Scientists experi.....try to cure the problems, and try figure out why only these individuals gifts. We try to create babies with no problems, and have these gifts.

In reality I try to create elf looking people, mainly maidens, to be our slaves, and have the other babies be Adrian. Also, create some super soldiers if I have the time.

A vault full of Objectivists (Philosophy from Ayn Rand), sort of similar to Rapture from Bioshock, except without all the plasmids and uhh...death... hopefully...

Maybe make the overseer a guy who can't think for himself and has advice pouring in from different people from the different groups. Truly, I see the Anarachists taking this one until the whole "dying and murdering" thing sets in.

Make all clocks slowly speed up, essentialy halfing the time the vault's citizens perceive an entire day as. The clock would say that it's been 24 hours, when it's really been 8-12 hours. See if people can make decision quicker.
