Either because they don't realize she is just a manipulative [censored] who only pretends to be nice, they know it but still like it, or they're dunmer or khajiit

I think she foresaw that the threat of Dagoth Ur would cause Vivec to consider relinquishing his powers and that Sheogorath (who seemed even more upset with the Tribunal than Azura) would eventually cause Almalexia, to go nuts. All that was needed was a catalyst- the Nerevarine.

It's not even MW I'm that really concerned about. Azura is still just a manipulative, petty [censored]

Sheogorath: Complete moron gone bonkers

Malacath: Meh

Hircine: Very childish

Hermaus Mora: Social Reject

Mephala: He-She that needs to die!

Boethia: Pretty cool

I forgot the others right off the top of my head

But... if she looked like she did in Daggerfall, I'd worship her anyway.

Azura could get my vote as well, helping getting Tamriel free from the Tribunal morons was beyond cool, independent of her motives. A shame that Vivec survived in canon, he was the worst of the three.

I'd worship the Aedra as a good member of society, but when the Hero needs relics, I'll go to the Daedra....

My favorite Aedra would most likely be Talos, but my favorite Daedra is Peryite.

Most likely the Aedra, since they are the most fitting compared to my goals. As far as I know, they honor hard work, honesty etc, and I wouldnt mind living in an Imperial City spending time in a library living a relatively peaceful life. Afterall, I wouldnt be as powerful as Nerevar if I lived in Nirn. Worshiping some Daedra or the Tribunal would be ok too, but not all daedra. The king of [censored] and the likes are not exactly the kind of beings I would follow.

Im gonna say daedra they are awsome and its a fact that they might not exist and Sheogorath is cool if you dont like him your sad. The only daedra i dont like is Mehrunes i like Sanquine as well because he likes messing up things i think if Sheogorath was still alive they could be partners in crime lol :biglaugh:

I'd worship Juggalag, just to rain on all your manic/depressive parades. Everything must be tidy, beds must be made, no crumbs on the table, every little thing has to be IN ORDER.

That's more like Peryite from OB. He's okay with the things being there, but it must all be kept in proper natural order. Jyggy is pretty much everyone is a robot in a grey and lifeless world.

I'd worship the Tribunal, they seem like down to earth folk. Sure they have the flaws of mortals but they actually give a damn and try to help their people instead of just meddling for their own amusemant (like Daedra) or doing nothing at all (Aedra)

I'd go worship someone who can't harm me in any way. I guess that means an Aedra.

Why would you do that? If they don't even have the power to harm you then they'd have to be pretty lame gods, heck, even a scrib has the power to harm you...

You trust Azura? Azura who used the Nerevarine as a puppet to get revenge against the tribunal. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Azura_and_the_Box. Curses an entire race for the actions of 3. I wouldn't trust her at all, she's an egotistical [censored].

"'I have studied very much over the years, performed countless experiments, taught myself a thousand languages, and yet the skill that has taught me the finally truth is the one that I learned when I was but a poor, young man, trying only to have enough gold to eat,' whispered the sage.

As he was escorted up the stairs to his bed, a red flower petal fell from the sleeve of his voluminous robe."

That kind of blatantly implies that there WAS a red flower in the box but he used a sleight-of-hand trick to remove it when or before opening the box, not that Azura was wrong.

He still made the prince second guess herself in the end, and she still threw a hissy fit

I think I would probably end up following--I say following and not necessarily worshiping--the Tribunal. I've always been very critical of the Dunmer and their native culture, but looking at the gods in the context of the world... here were gods who walked among their people, taught them what they knew, and, for a time, offered a real connection to the divine. I can't imagine being able to turn away from that.
