Dunno, really. Quantity, I think.
I actually really like vanilla ice-cream. By which I mean freshly made with good ingredients and not overly frozen.
Traditional English puddings such as sticky toffee and its numerous friends are also awesome, but just looking at them makes a person put on weight.
