Its really confusing but do you have to download Map 1 of Tamriel Rebuilt along with Map 2 or does Map 2 already have Map 1 within itself already? The team never stated it clearly on their planet elderscrolls. Well they did say Map 2 was DEPENDANT on Map 1 in the description but its been contradited by other people who say the only needed map is Map 2 as it ''containts Map 1 as well''. And the team contradicts themselves as well by saying on the Map 1 page saying ''PLEASE NOTE, THIS VERSION IS OUTDATED. LOOK IN THE TAMRIEL REBUILT TEAM'S PORTFOLIO FOR THE LATEST VERSION. Thank you.'' So which is it?

TR Map 2 contains everything, Map 1 included

Seems easy if you read the instructions.
The Map 1 download is outdated, and is not needed.
Map 2 is dependent on Map 1. That is why the new version of Map 1 is included with Map 2. (both need to be installed and activated)
