Do you have more perks in combat or non combat?

Even thought there seems to be far more combat then non combat perks I have this nagging feeling that since people are putting 6 or 7 points into smithing that non combat perks might just out number combat perks.

I define noncombat as Alchemy, Enchanting, Smithing, Lock Pick, Speech, and Pick Pocket

I define noncombat as Alchemy, Enchanting, Smithing, Lock Pick, Speech, and Pick Pocket

Sneak I think should also be considered noncombat since its used to avoid combat.

More in combat for me. I have some in smithing, but that's about it non combat wise.

My perks are focused in 3 areas, Heavy Armor, 1h, and Block. I have a few in Speech and Smithing. So I'm about 80% combat.

WAY more in Combat. A good number into Sneak. I'm not going to perk up Smithing or Enchanting until combat related skills have everything I want.

My build is 20 in magic(illusion, conjuration, restoration), 12 in combat(archery, heavy armor), 4 in stealth(sneak), 13 in non-combat(enchanting, blacksmithing)

By your definition, I definitely have more in combat.
