You know what grinds my gears? Mk IV

Post » Tue Mar 02, 2010 6:21 pm

That goes for many things, people wear symbols to fake an image alot of the time e.g coummunist star, I dont think many are actual communists or have the mindset.

I was looking for a Margaret Thatcher silhouette T Shirt, not out of any liking for her, but to piss off all the sheep in Che Guevara shirts, until I realised I would have to wear such a shirt in Liverpool, through the part of town filled with people who would kill me as soon as look at me normally, let alone in a shirt like that.

Any Hipster fad annoys me, especially ones that weren't funny or ironic in 1963 and damn well aren't now. It is funny when you see people professing to be gay wearing them though. I'm not sure Che would have really shared their outlook on life.

Well just run very fast , I remember a guy wore a saddam hussain mask and drove past my friends house after stopping so we could laugh, maybe no one hated him, but damn it was funny.
Anyway TtP I think you on to something should we start printing of a few shirts, you know prepare for the demmand a few years from now...

yay backstabbers, talk nice to me in person talk about me and insult me to people who I have never met when im not present, I hope those people have a life of misery, then they can hopefully spend eternity in the 9th circle, [censored]s.

I feel the same about two-faced people, I would rather they be like that to my face so I could smack their face in, rather than going behind my back.

People who are rude to employees grinds my gears, no reason for that and it just makes you look like a [censored].

When I step out of the shower and I wipe my face with a towel, and then I have lint and hair sticking to my face that is impossible to get off.

That's not a very nice thing to say.

Something that really grinds my gears is people who look down on you just because you're twofaced. I switch persona in a heartbeat when conversing with different people, and folks shouldn't think less of me because of it.

I would just rather they do it to my face not to hit the (I avoid fights, not because of me disliking pain like most people, but disliking the idea that if I hurt them, it could be pretty damn serious)
But atleast when its to my face, its for a [censored] reason, not so they cant [censored] to their friends, ha ha just realised the irony of me posting this here. Even if I already called the guy a [censored].

@Lcars why not ? If you are a friend when around A but when A has left you start talking about him behind his back and insulting him, well your an ass who isnt brave enough to say it to his face and accept any consequences, try to please everyone and you will please none. So you should just keep honest, or keep your thoughts to yourself, atleast that way everone wont see you as a deceiteful person who cant be trusted and such behavior leads to loss of friends.

You're misunderstanding what two-faced means, it's like when someone acts nice to you, then badmouths you when you're not there. Hence them having two faces, one that they show to you, and one they show to everybody else. It's an insult to call someone two-faced because it's a bad thing to be.

To stay on topic, it annoys me when you don't hear what someone says, so you ask what they said, and then they yell it or say it really slowly. I can hear perfectly fine, I just wasn't paying attention.

The xbox360 controller fits perfectly in your hands, like it was meant to be there.

I don't like the fat battery pack sticking out of the back.

Yeah, it's strategically placed to EXPLODE when it hits the floor at the just the right angle.
If you're lucky, you can hold the battery pack pieces together with a rubber band. Or drop another 50$ deuce, and try to salvage that one as well, in the near future.
And most games pause when the batteries die/come out, but some don't. Thanks, Microsoft, for your randomness.

Okay, time for another one; people who say they "lol'ed".

It's completely nonsensical! LOL means Laughing Out Loud, thusly, if you "lol'ed", you laughing out louded.

It makes me want to punch someone everytime I hear or read that...

I say lol'd all the time. It's easier to say and sounds less retarded than 'I laughed out loud'.

I have never heard of an account from anywhere saying that their battery pack exploded when they dropped it.
You can buy a rechargeable battery pack plus the recharge cable for $20. $30 at their most expensive.

Edit: The whole "lol" thing, I can't stand it when people use that or any version of it. I type "haha" or "hah" when I've actually found something funny. It doesn't sound idiotic and expresses exactly what I just did.

How are you supposed to express the fact that you laughed on the internet then? 'HAHAHA' usually sounds insincere, and I'm guessing you're not big on lmao or rofl either.
