Since what Ghouls have is technically a disability, I guess that makes all physically handicapped and mentally handicapped people in existence zombies? Good to know.

Ghouls =/= Zombies.

Not sure if you're backing me or arguing against me but none of those definitions catagorise a Ghoul, unless you want to say 'an eccentric or peculiar person' counts, which 'eccentric' is a subjective term, as what one person does may be irrational to one person, but perfectly rationale to the next.

Yeah sure i would love to be a tribal, but its getting to be so far in the history that there are not many tribals left, between the west coast, NCR and Legion with their 87 tribes plus the east coast seem to have no more tribals left.

I'm saying that calling ghouls zombies is wrong as there is nothing from the definition that fits them.
The only thing could be the eccentric part, but the average ghoul is hardly eccentric.

So calling a ghoul zombie is wrong.
It's a slur against their mutation because of the way they look.

Its racism. people hate them/fear them cause they believe they are the same as zombies or something (cause ya know they look like rotting meat and eat people)
