So I'm not sure if anyone else is this far but when you side with the NCR and President Kimball gives a speech and you have to protect him he gets randomly shot and I can't find where the person shooting is or where it comes from. Does anyone know? Also if anyone has do you know where the Ranger armour is?

yes and yes ranger armor and minigun and al lsuper weapons are at bottom of vault 34 i found a door i couldnt open key req yea i coonsole comanded it open after fighting my way there has all the gear as far as shooter goes hes on tower behind the president dressed as ncr sniper

Climb the ladder at the first tower after the president arrives and wait. A guy will come out of the trap door and kill the guard there, take him out and use the radio to call it in. Also, an engineer will come up and try to knife the president take him out too.
