"you'll know when it happens" : Fallout: New Vegas

how do u do the "You'll Know When it Happens" quest. it keeps failing me randomly, and i also don't know wat to do. i get to the part where the president is giving the speech and awarding the medal, and then his head explodes, i don't know wat to do!!!

thats just it, i tried that and can't find any and his head still explodes!!! it's so irritating!!!!

Check out the verti-bird(sp). It has a bomb planted on it. Then go tell that guy who you were talking to when you first got there. He then will warn the president and also watch out for snipers.

When your outside behind the president is a tower with a NCR sniper on it thats your assasin go up the tower and a conversation will initiate.

what happens if you fail this quest,because i have the non existant key glitch,and the only way 4 it to go away is to fail it
