The Staff of Mangus is in the vanilla game. It is a quest you get from the Khajiit female downstairs in the Balmora mages guild- Or rather a piece of information for doing her quests..

I only glowmapped the item.. I thought someone had made the textures move. Maybe Westly or someone else more talented.
If you want to use mine feel free.. But that weapon is on your Morrowind CD.

I've read Eldorf a long while back.. I'm sure he was using a mod that was not mine- He used to have a mod list on his front page.

His http://eldorf.tripod.com/modlist.html has "Clean Magnus Blunt.esp", but I don't know where that comes from.

I don't either and my mod does not need any esp to work.. It's only a mesh and texture change.

Kinda reminds me of StarBoi's work.
Didn't he also add particles to some of the vanilla weapons?

edit: the more I look at it, the more I think that light was added to the pic after.
