Also True. At this point, I've set Streamline to 60 saves, and auto-save every 5 minutes.

When you feel like nothing but a glorified beta tester and not an actual player.

... when you see more than 20 quests active before you quit the sewers and don't know where to start from.
At the moment WB shows 189/268 mods, bearing in mind I tunchecked 9 Sensual Walk esp (their daddy Surazal tipped me they don't have to be really active, only virtually with imported actor animations in Bashed Patch.)
So, this took me under 270 present and under 190 non-merged.
Of course, one should take into account I have 60 mods merged into 2 esps. Armor, clothes and weapons of course.

Too many mods when it takes you 6 minutes to rebuild the bashed patch and 4 hours to load a new game by turning on the mods one by one (Thanks Blade of Mercy..NOT).

....When remote wilderness and alpine regions start getting crowded.

I have the usual load list inc merges that Oblivion mod addicts have, FCOM, Midas, most of the top 100 etc.

One place in my game in particular (just east of FrostCrag ) looks like a royal rumble for disgruntled monsters who are arguing over property rights to the mountain top. I have almost lost track of which mod spawns what monster.

I'm on the trail of something from the Werewolves of the north mod, passing just north of Frostcrag Spire. I see the tell tale flash of Balrog-fireballs and the red sky warning of an oblivion gate as I approach from the west. Going into sneak mode, I advance cautiously and see a huge melee of monsters and just wait and watch as they beat the crap out of each other.

After dispatching the last monster standing (Fenris Wolf from Ramys monster mod), I walked around and worked out the body count: 3 elder ogres, 6 werewolves, 8 misc daedra ( inc 2 minor balrogs) , a frost titan, a small to medium sized tribe of goblins, 3 arcane atronachs, the lycanthropus ( a 40 foot white werewolf ) and Fenris Wolf.

I amazed I didn't CTD with all that.

richardrocket009: You think 254 mods is a lot...hahahahaha...

PS. 2 years ago when I last played I had over 400 mods and I'm planning to play again soon and my mod list is way higher this time. My game will literally be like my previous post where almost every mod in my load order will be many mods merged together.
