However, I actually did "free run" in most games before BRINK. It just did not work so well and didn't look so smooth.


If only it was possible! Games like APB desperately need to give players an optional ability for Parkour-movements.

when you have whiplash from rubber-banding.

when your co-worker says he's feeling a bit low, so you stab him from behind with a pen to give him an adrenaline boost.

- When you watch the entire Brink TV Video section in one sitting

You go into the management office sliding along the floor, leaping onto the desk, snatching the budgets and wages off the table and run to the HR office with them, as there is only 15 seconds and counting to get the pay roll in.

- When you switch to Engineer in Bad Company 2 thinking that its the only way to diffuse the bomb and when you get to the bomb press F to diffuse it and end up killing yourself with a grenade. :whistling:

- When you hit the crouch button in other games expecting to slide to safety.

- When you start to think you (if female) and everyone around you is a man, and wonder how you will possibly bear your children with them.

- When you parkour to a sick persons room in your house with nyquil, yelling "RETURNING THE ANTIDOTE!"

- When you run against a 2 ft tall object for 5 minutes straight in any other game, and wonder why you aren't vaulting over.

- When you smash through a road toll station slowly, thinking you won't tear your tires on the spikes/caltrops.

That might be the best one EVAR. LMAO!!!

Has been said before but it's just too true!

-trying to use SMART in other games and getting stuck on every obstacle as you don't vault over them. Also crouching while sprinting to slide but instead you become a sitting duck.
-running around like an idiot in realisticmodernmilitaryshooterthingie and getting shot because you are in the open

Bad Company 2 had never felt so weird to play after BRINK...

...you go to parkour training and keep seeing things you could do "if only I was playing Brink"

-- i build a side barricade to keep the kids outta the rumpus room and away from the PS3
