I'd be a Cathay-Raht Khajiit living in Elsweyr. Pwnin' slavers.

And I'd be a woman. Oh yeah.

I would probably be a Breton scholar in the Arcane University mostly making a living by being an alchemist and selling low quality potions to tourist in the city. I would probably travel to the other provinces, but would never leave city limits unless I was on top of a Silt Strider or had some kind of escort with me, and even then I would carry some healing potions.

I would spend all of the money I earned on furnishing my house, buying ingredients and spells, training, and of course, sending someone off to Bravil to buy me some of that skooma :P

Realistically, I'd probably be a Dunmer scholar (not a mage, just an academic) affiliated with the Dissident Priest Movement. I'd live in a mid-sized town, likely in Indoril or Redoran territory, and serve either in the local temple or door-to-door as a tutor.

I would be a Khajiit in Elsweyr. Probably be an infamous thief and leader of some kind of unofficial thieves guild. I would be a near equivalent of the Gray Fox, just in Elsweyr. My base of operations would be in Dune, but I travel the province if the job pays enough. I even get jobs from surrounding provinces for high price jobs. But when not planning or taking part in a heist, I go under a different identity on the street.

If I go with my current location and french origins, I'd be a Breton living in northern High Rock. For the job, my current job can't be in that world so most likely a basic job such as working for a merchant. Or being the architect who designs High Rock's crazy long dungeons and ruins. :P

IfI have to choose though, Khajiit Thief in Elseweyr.

I see myself as a young Imperial, enlisted in the Fighter's Guild. I'd probably only be apprentice rank at my age. I'd be stationed in Chorrol and hunt around the city with my bow and arrow. I'd also carry a long sword, and wear leather and chain-mail. That would be my ideal life in the elder scrolls universe.

I'd be a Nordic pirate. I'd smuggle drugs and booze while blowing up the occasional High Elf merchant ship (just because).

An horribly disturbed artist in the Shivering Isles...but since this is Tamriel...

I'd be a Dunmer artist living in Sardith Mora. My family would probably live with me and I would support them working as a municipal guard only working on my art as a passionate hobby in my handful of days off.

A highly skilled Kajiit in the art of thievery. I would have my own crew that would run special jobs that no one else could do. I like the idea of living humbly but sticking it to the man. Just when you thought that you were talking to a beggar, little would you know that I was one of the richest people in all of Tamriel.

I would probably be a Breton, but I could see Dark Elf as another possibility. I would spend my youth traveling Tamriel as a merchant caravan guard. As a guard, I would have the opportunity to learn weapons, specifically blades, maces, flails, spears, and whips. I would also specialize in medium armors. Eventually, I would settle in a nice, interesting city (probably in a mer province), and join the mages guild. I would spend a few years mastering Destruction, Restoration, and Alteration. I would also be proficient in Alchemy, Conjuration, and Mysticism. After that, who knows? I might get involved in local politics, perhaps open a book store, or a pay-to-use library. Because of my skillset I would occasionally do semi-dangerous jobs for people, or maybe run the local gang out of town.

I would be a Dunmer living in the Imperial City in a low income area, probably working with local merchants but trying to enrole in the Arcane University to study detructive and Aylied magic- but liable to be refused quite a few time due to stubborn assertions. Might eventually turn to the Mythic Dawn just for a sense of purpose.

Vivec was my favorite place. I think now if I was in Tamriel, I'd cross the border to S.I. as I do have a B.S. in Psych and if I didn't go crazy I'd be adequately self employed.

...and if I did go crazy I wouldn't care either way.

I'd like to think I'd be a Dunmer living in Sadrith Mora. A Telvanni alchemist maybe? Or Master Aryon's Mouth would be pretty sweet.

Edit - Actually:

Dunmer Alchemist belonging to House Telvanni living in Vos. That way I could go out on hunting trips in the Grazelands with my friends, hang out with Master Aryon. Of course I'd make trips to Sadrith Mora from time to time. As well as holidays in Solstheim.
