If you love this game, this is what you do!

I have sent an email to Crytek and EA. It may make a difference, and then it may not. But, if we all are sending them emails about problems we are having, they may change the course of community management. Something tells me that they think everything is fine, and someone is surpressing information to the top. Cry-Adam may delete this thread, but we all need to start being proactive.

Email your complaints to: community@crytek.com and EA: http://support.ea.com/

Be civil about your complaint, or this will not help us.

This may be a stupid idea, but I am tired of posting here, and no response about where this game is going. I am looking for a Whistle Blower in their company. Someone is not telling someone something. I own a business, and it is easy for one employee to hide information from the owner until it comes from the customer saying something about it themselves.

People should of been on EA's back weeks ago if youve not been getting any responses on here.

Theres no excuse for every single person that posts on these forums not to do this. EA are the ones pulling the strings like they do with ever other game they publish & its them who should also feel the wrath of the gamers. If you genuinely feel that your times being wasted & theres no communication then whats the harm in trying elsewhere. Be warned though. EA wont stand for abusive threads they'll delete your account straight away. It would be interesting to know if anyone has actually tried this. Anyone except the OP?

+1 for using some initiative & thanks for the emails. I'll do my complaint tomorrow.

I do find it funny that 17 people have viewd this & you only get 1 response. I guess people only like the negative on here.

i really feel like this is a dead horse. i wish crytek ff would have given uk an immediate deadline or jump in to help. but it seems like apathy has set in this company, or someones not getting the info they need. its not hard to figure out. just go and look at statistics to see where your game is and what people complain about and drop the hammer! i really think that the consoles kicked the ever living **** out of them and they cant handle it. because a "**** you" or a "kiss my ass" would have been nice. but NOTHING!!! soon it will all lay on dead ears.

Not sure why you think i'd delete this thread. There's nothing wrong with it :) You're being civil, not a single swear word and your intentions are good in that you want to improve the game.

I will say that we already receive a lot of emails daily and no way can we get through them all but we try our best to reach as many people as we can; that often takes place in the form of forum announcements/thread updates as we can reach thousands of people in one post, rather than one person in one email.

Cheers!

These email addresses are probably manned by temporary staff on minimum wage.
I doubt any of the concerns make it through to their intended target.

Adam what's going on with the grain glitch? Any progress? Please let us know. I know you realize it's a pretty big issue so please keep us informed. What's the latest?
