I see no option for dual shields/bucklers.

Sword for sure. Whether or not to dual wield or go two handed is undecided. Depends on how I RP.

I might try Duelwielding Swords but until I find out what the 18 skills are I'm sticking with Shield and Sword.

Just because theres concept art showing polearms does NOT mean there are polearms. Is this the first friggin game you guys have seen concept art for? Theres a reason the term concept art includes the word CONCEPT.

Like I said, it's not officially confirmed. But we're assuming they're in. Otherwise there would be little variety in the Two-Handed skill.

I assume that the character you make on the first playthrough is your main character.
Actually the character i make on my first playthrough is never my main character since my 1st playthrough is usually blind. The 2nd playthrough is usually my main character since i use uesp wiki to find everything i missed on my 1st playthrough.
on topic i'll probably use the longsword/magic combo.
