Arrows with spell effects I mean. Also what's up with them saying arrows are scarce in the game? They really aren't.

No, I don't miss them. And you can go through a lot of arrows with a pure archer build who only uses one type of arrow (because of the way the quivers look). They used to be quite scarce in that regard, but now that you can craft your own they aren't.

I sooooo miss those enchanted arrows from Oblivion.

I think a few special arrows with unique enchantments would be cool but I think just regular enchanted arrows would be way way to OP. As for arrows being scarce, I agree, I don't buy arrows but I always loot them and I only have a few hundred of each kind. And I am over a 1000 hours in on my main character. But I do like they added the possibility to make them in Dawnguard.

There are arrows with spell effects on them...Bolts anyway.
But I don't really miss them..and I'm a full time archer.
