A few I would recommend reading are:
Light Armor Forging (nothing crazy, but tells a little bit about various light armors are forged, obviously)
A Tragedy in Black (I believe that's the title, could be a bit off. It's a great tale about a young boy who summons a Dremora. Be careful with those summons

)
Olaf and the Dragon (a tale about a legendary Nord and his battle against Numinex, a very powerful dragon.)
The Alduin/Akatosh Dichotomy (just interesting. Does Alduin exist, does he not? Is he Akatosh? etc)
Alduin is Real (a funny little book written by a barely literate Nord)
An Argonian Account (I need to find more volumes of this, but the one volume I read was pretty interesting)
The Battle of Red Mountain (a TES classic. Tells the tale of Nerevar, Dagoth Ur, and Red Mountain in Morrowind)
and there's many more I can't think of. All the books in this game are very well written and genuinely interesting. Unfortunately I have a backlog of about 30 books I need to read. I keep collecting them and putting them off until later. I need to spend a good hour or 2 going through them all soon.
