Agreed - though many things left unanswered either in campaign (the storyline) and things missing or not right (imo) with the game - Crytek still has a fan here as well. All-in-all the online people can stop their trashtalking for a minute, fire up the campaign (that does work) and have some fun. The campaign is the best part of tyhis game IMO. Granted they left out the ice, the VTOL, the Tanks, etc that you played with in the first two - personally I am happy they did, this is a FPS game, not a drive/fly and shoot game, so they did well there.

I still love ya Crytek - keep dishing out the graphics all others are forced to understand as the staple of what graphics should be with today's technology. I cannot wait for the patch and DX11 controls/tweaks. That should have some drooling instead of complaining.

Online version - if it worked - would then be hammered by people complaining about Crytek not making world peace happen or something like "Why can you not stop these stupid hackers with their aimbots?". Easiest way to avoid them - play the campaign and stfu. Those idiots will always be present until some morals and self pride is installed in all of them - and that is not going to happen anytime soon. So if you keep getting burned, stop sticking your hands in the fire. Go play the campaign and find a whole new world of fun.

Yep, the campaign is great! .. A lot of fun to catch there .. And yes .. Also can't wait for the DX11 patch .. It's going to be fantastic!

This game is great, yes it has issues, but it looks and plays really nicely. PC gamers need to stop being a bunch of self entitled asses.

The game is just awesome. The story is more than awesome and the MP isn't as bad as everybody tells. It's just these little bugs make people think the whole game is bad... They're just idiots that can't see the good things within a game. When the SDK comes out Crysis 2 will be more than awesome and if DX11 will be supportet one time it's just HYPER AWESOME.

I have faith that Crytek can still put things right. Prove to us that you guys are still on top!! We are counting on you.

I really don't care about DX11, I think the graphics are great already =) The campaign was good, but I finished it 2-3 days ago, so I really want to play multiplayer now =/

I think the game was a huge success IMO. At least in terms of sales. But in terms of the game itself, I STILL think its a success. All that's needed are bugs and patches to make it "BIG" success, which is what a AAA title like this game should be, IMO.

Campaign was awesome, and apparantly Crytek has Crysis 3's storyline all laid out. So perhaps some things will get answered then. And maybe in Crysis 3, there's a stronger link to Crysis 1 so that it really FEELS more like a trilogy.

There's quite a difference between criticizing and all out whining. From the looks of things things lean more towards the later than a criticism. Actual valid criticism would be pointing out things are that are wrong from a gameplay perspective. 90% of the "criticism" is crying about textures, bugs and multiplayer. Yes there are issues and they need to (and will be resolved) but "WAAAH CONSOLE PORT WAAAAHHH TEXTURES" isn't criticism.
