Do you thing bethesda is just going to keep dragons around as a main foe?

Your title and post ask two different questions. I'm not sure which one you mean to ask. I'll answer both.

1. Do we think Dragons will stick around in future lore? I'm certain they will. Dragons have always been a feature of Elder Scrolls lore.

2. Do we think Bethesda is going to keep Dragons as a main foe? No. I would be very surprised if they did this. We tend to fight different main foes in each game and I'm sure they will continue this pattern in the future.

In the lore. Yes.

In the Next game. No.

Imagine Cliff racers in the next game.......

If they're present in the next game (and I think they will be) i hope they're just a few maybe 1 or 2 at the end of a dungeon. I don't want to see them in mass.

Bethesda did not bring them back just so the Blades and the LDB can kill them again.

I predict that Skyrim will be ruled by Dragon Cultists when TES VI comes around.

Dragons can always play a significant part in lore and will continue to stick around.

In future games though? Highly unlikely. The dragons HAD to be the main foes in Skyrim, otherwise it would be hard from a lore and gameplay perspective to use the Dragonborn as a PC.

I wouldn't be surprised to run into a dragon or two in future games (like boss fights), but not as main foes. There wouldn't be much of a point unless we play as another rookie Dovahkiin...

I think we might see a dragon or two here and there in future titles, but I don't think they will be a major force again.
