I guess.

no........... lol, it did but didn't in certain areas. I just feel as if I've already done everything especially because two quests are broken and I can't progress through the Companions quest line.

No. Not the least bit. The hype is what sold the game, people expected advancements from Morrowind/Oblivion. It regressed, hell i can't even consider this a part of TES =\.
This is why it bothers me when people are talking about this being GOTY or the best rpg ever. There is nothing special about the game =\ sadly.

Reason? game is very shallow. Nice on the outside but they skimped on the meat and potatoes. No immersion at all. Repetitive voice acting, severe lack of companion commentary, no sense of accomplishment in game, combat mechanics are dated, questing is actually very linear.

I hate to bring it up because i know some people may start fanboying but with this game being developed on the 360 and ported, should have known it wouldnt be that good. Say what you want but if this was a PC first title then ported down, it would have been ALOT different. I think we would have seen what we were expecting.

Meh, I got bored of Skyrim after the first couple of weeks. It's a great game but just lacks the stuff to keep you interested.

No, Bethesda, you don't keep a player interested in a game just by throwing an infinite amount of shallow quests at him, placed under the category Miscellaneous.

Expected better graphics, graphics are 2008ish to me, The main quest they said was going to take 100 hours, it took my 5 hours on master, besides that theres repeative side quests, Would've expected much more then this, oh and the Imperial vs Stormlock, is stupid, I mean they're both good guys and there bow cowards, Imperial surreneded to thalmor and ruled out worshiping talos while stormcloak is trying to bring it back, They should be working together to defeat thalmore.

No not at all it is a dumbed down version of Oblivion with some of the user mods incorporated into the game. The only thing spectacular about this game is the artwork and graphics. Other than that it is so limited in what you can do, it is so softcoe for console kiddies, that really it is a HUGE step backwards.

No.

- Many things that were hyped up about the game are mysteriously not in the game at all, such as affecting the economy.

- Too many good things that provided complexity and depth in previous installments have been cut.

- With all the hype about these wonderful new spells I never expected streams and glyphs to be obsolete by level 20.
That and the very poor selection of spells and numerous effects inexplicably missing make the magic in this game a joke.
A poor joke.

- The story is lackluster, does not provide any background or motivation and ends with an anticlimix.

- The guild questlines are too short.

- The world feels shallow and two dimensional. Virtually no NPC rises above the level of cardoard. And I really dont want to hear that same line every 30 seconds just because Im standing too close to one.
Do you get to the cloud district often? What am I saying, of course you dont.

-The world is static and does not accomodate quest progression. After the civil war the enemy generals are still immortal. No-one in the world knows or cares what guild Im in, or even if Ive saved the world.
