sure, most of the parts they offer should play skyrim maxed out. i just recomend picking one of the cases that have good air flow. also take noted of the parts you want and go to newegg.com and see if you could build it cheaper, if so dont forget to add in the OS which will be another $100+ depending on what windows 7 you go with... just make sure you go with 64bit.

That'll run Skyrim just fine. But I'd seriously suggest buying the parts yourself from somewhere such as Newegg or Tiger Direct as you'll save a good bit of money (probably around ~$300), especially if you wait until around October for prices to drop.
