I have played on Adept as a Warrior but it's quite easy.
But when I fight hard bosses, I cannot defeat them above Adept.
Especially with Ebony Warrior and Karstaag.

I always play Bethesda's games on default difficulty, so I have no idea. I tend to introduce difficulty by roleplaying and using mods. Bethesda's difficulty sliders are idiotic. I would not move Skyrim's difficulty slider above adept if you paid me.
Personally I think the Ebony Warrior is not a good example to use when discussing Skyrim's difficulty. Like Gaenor in Tribunal, he is the equivalent of a "difficulty easter egg." None of my characters have never faced Karstaag so I cannot comment on him.
Both of those examples are some of the toughest encounters you will come across. For Ebony Warrior you will have to be level 81 to trigger it. Generally speaking you will want to have a good setup of gear and skills if you want to tackle them on higher difficulty levels.
Besides what is a pure class in Skyrim since there are no classes anymore.

Pure class with pure class's skills.
e.g. Warrior class with warrior's skills.
I′m honestly not sure if I could defeat either of them without Enchanting+Smithing on high difficulties. Never tried.
List the Skills being used and the items being used.
Smithing is likely going to be needed and some good enchanted gear or gear found/earned by adventuring and doing quests. You likely will want to have absorb health/stamina. Fortify your one handed/two handed weapons to do more damage.

The Warrior - Smithing, Heavy Armor, Block, Two Handed, One Handed and Archery (Between Signs)
Enchanting is Mage Class but it's between signs from wikia http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Skills_(Skyrim)
The skills on the division of the classes do have some affinity with the class beside them. Still, "pure class" is pure class. A pure warrior wouldn′t have alchemy or enchanting. I have even played characters like this befre, but never got anywhere close to level 80 and such.
Pure class? I though we were playing Elder scrolls, not a D&D game.
Skyrim has 18 skills nicely separated and organized in three simple archetypes. Most builds even the ''pure'' ones are bound to use some skills placed outside of their main archetype, like my two handed Berserker who uses light armor, a skill found in the thief archetype. The same with my archer or Assassin or Burglar etc.
Another example: My mage character loves to make rings and necklaces(smithing) a skill under the warrior archetype and then he transform all those self made items to powerful artifacts by using enchanting. Is he a warrior because he is using a skill under another archetype? I think not.
Well, Skyrim is "Elder Scrolls 5," and the first to not have explicit "classes." In the previous games, we had those same three general archetypes, and classes were constructed from various combinations of those skills. Just as in those D&D games, which are the inspiration behind the series. (The original developers were D&D players, and the Elder Scrolls came out of their game playing.)
People love to deny that those classes still exist, since we don't actually choose one at the beginning of the game, but then we talk about "builds," which are exactly the same thing. So you've got a light-armored "Berserker," which sounds exactly like an Oblivion "Barbarian," which has all of the Warrior archetype's skills except for armor, which is Light.
Of course. I'm not personally denying the existence of builds or classes but in Skyrim in particular, the way Bethesda categorized the skills, made it almost impossible to play anything pure except a heavy armored warrior or a Sorcerer. Basically all i'm trying to say is that if my assassin is using one handed and Archery that doesn't make him a warrior.
The archetypes in Skyrim are not there to be taken literally but more or less only to give us this beautiful perk selection screen.
As for the classes on previous TES games, those were there only for the few who didn't want to make their own custom class or those who wanted to quickly jump into the game. The real meat however of every TES game after Arena is the freedom to pick your favorite skills and make your own class.
On the first point, I think there's some "conflicted thinking" in the game's design. The first three standing stones you generally encounter in the game represent those archetypes. http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Classes
Custom classes are classes. The pre-canned classes are just an assortment of presets.
@max
hello max, the sky is the limit as they say, what you can do is up to the imagination
@ every one
this one know that many are sick of this one posting videos, but in this case this one cant resist, sorry
both videos are of a 100% warrior class, fighting with Karstaag & Ebony Warrior on equal terms, no potions or magic or shouts or followers used, Difficulty Legendary (the Karstaag video this one is level 80, he is a level 90 boss)
Karstaag https://youtu.be/wSpq6JnU7p8
Ebony Warrior https://youtu.be/0B8Fq_SbwUE
I started on easy and worked my way up (adjusting the build each time to support the difficulty) its all the work that you do before combat (skills, smithing and enchanting ext that pays off)
PS ........if you want to kill these guys you need lots & lots of Stamina ...........without power hits you cant inflict any damage
THIS is why the wonderful Sah is the best Skyrim player I have ever seen!
Hate to be that guy, but enchanting is a mage skill.
you can be that guy any time
if you look at the information in the Karstaag video you will see that this build depends a lot upon magic, the foundations is a mage build (mostly alteration & enchanting), you need a good magic resistance set up & a very good enchanting set up to cover up your main weaknesses, its the best way to use skill trees, focus on what your not good at or vanruble, the warrior part falls into place by its self
this ones weaknesses where besides having a good weapons & armor rating
one weakens was the fact that she was totally exposed to any type of elemental damage (witch is around 25% of opponents in Skyrim)
in Karstaags case the insane enchanting with health & stamina enchantments was to make up for the 10 level difference, was to make sure this one had more life than the damage received and not die in one hit
the warrior is the all-rounder class..........with out the non warrior skills trees, on legendary Skyrim is a very dangerous place
Never thought about it. My warriors are hybrid really.. lots of sneaking and sniping. I suppose without it maybe Adept could be a little challenging. Not sure.
