Judging by the forum, players seem to be divided when it comes to V.A.T.S., some liking and using it, others disliking it and never using it. I just thought it would be interesting to see if non-users are a small minority - or if it might be the other way around. As so often in polls, there could be other choices as well. Some might use the bullet time in FWE, for example.

Personally, I've always used V.A.T.S. as I think its fun and basically a core part of the gameplay in FO3/FNV, but I can understand how the ones who don't use it are reasoning.
