What do you do first?

Go back to sleep.

Grab a sword and a shield, then try to sneak out without waking the draugr.

If they wake, I run.

Sneak out of there, and run to the nearest place of civilization, since adventurers die horrible deaths, excluding the Main Character.

Bind the Draugr to my command.

Be very.....very.....quiet.

Put out the candles. My eyes have light-absorbing retinas, but the draugr's have to give off their own light, so I'd be much better at finding my way in the dark and also it'd be easier to spot them and work out what they're looking at.

I would take some time to reflect on what must have been a hell of a night before.

Admire the extraordinary environment before breaking into a run and finding the quickest route to the nearest city.

I'd try to remember what I was drinking the night before!

I'd go super saiyan and blast the place into oblivion.

Is it like the matrix, where we know we're in a programme and can adjust our abilities to suit? Because I'd make the draugr wear umbrella-hats.

This morning I thought I woke up in a nordic ruiin. But then I realized I was in my own apartment.

So I would just get up and make some coffee.

Had this discussion with a friend, he said 'ask if they want breakfast.'

Am I real!me (no magic powers, chronic illness, pretty un-coordinated) or TES!me (might have some magic ability, able to run for hours without getting tired, probably wouldn't chop my own toes off if I tried to wield a sword...)? If the former, hope like Hell I could get out of there safely and that someone had already taken care of any bandits outside, then try to get to the nearest town without being killed by wolves. If the latter, run around enjoying my near-limitless energy, find some draugr to mess up and hope I also had the ability to carry more than my own body weight in shiny things. (And probably get over-confident and die along the way.) Actually, I dunno if I'd want to kill draugr, having read Amongst the Draugr I might feel a bit guilty about that.

I would make my way to the nearist town take a bunch of skooma then take carridge to winterhold then join up with the collage of winterhold

I'd use http://www.thuum.org/translate.php to translate stuff so I can talk to the Draugr and stuff.

If I was to wake up in a nordic tomb, I'm probably a Draugr. So I would probably find a mirror or a pond to look at myself before I scream to death.

Every day we wake up in a tomb op, every single day~

Find weapons, look for anything valuable, grabs torch, watch for traps, and slowly, get the hell out of there. If they wake up, I run. If I can't run, I stand and fight, maybe lead them into some traps. Most likely dies.
