It would probably have to be a different Adoring Fan since Skyrim takes place 200 years after Oblivion. But I'm all for easter eggs.

Anyway, I want M'aiq, but Adoring Fan was too annoying, but I felt bad if I killed him so I never did. I still think he's waiting in my house.

Yes, definitely need M'aiq or a descendent of M'aiq. Maybe an allusion to the adoring fan, but not the fan himself.

It might be a nice easter egg to find some underground cult of Bosmer in southern Skyrim worshipping the CoC and dressing in the same clothes as the original Adoring Fan and maybe ritualistically throwing themselves off high cliffs in the snowy mountains as sacrifices to the CoC. Like lemmings....

M'aiq could show up as a wandering bard or something to that effect.

I think the second post made the most sense, 200 years means death to both of them, last i checked they wood elfs and ka.....cat people don't live for over 200 years, plus why would they be in skyrim? Why do we need a old thing that funny when we'll get a new craazy guy who doesn't want his shoes stolen by the dwarfs that are really hidding under barn. Or some guy who loves dragons so much and learns your the dragon born and harrasses the frick out of you too show offyour awsome moves, only for you to dragon shout in his face and make his head explode

As for the fan...I'd rather have an essential guy with one health follow me and charge into battle and get knocked out instantly....might be funny =P
