Hmm. Much talk and little suggestions. So here are mine:
1) 1st person mode with freelook and full body awareness (see feet and look in other direction from where we walk).
2) 3rd person direct mode over the shoulder, with full access to camera offsets, control mode, and rigidity in settings. Allows OB or FONV or whatever you like, including separate control of the camera GTA style.
I don't use 3rd person unless viewing my character, and currently for having freelook, which *MUST* also exist in 1st person, I *BEG* you, *PLEASE*
But as an artist, I'd like to have FULL camera control, including those offsets, just for getting the screenshots I want to compose.
