Imo definitely (xbox360 variant ofc) Oblivion. Oblivion had action, depth, lots of fun, action etc. Morrowind was just fail all around, with RPGs like Gothic 1 & 2 dominating it. Only thing I can say positively about Morrowind was the much more hand-made world than Oblivion's and perhaps a somewhat more diverse world (though there was only text for morrowind, no voice acting 2 speak of).

morrowind was made in the late 90's so its not fair to compare it with oblivion. and games of that era
