This argument hardly makes sense... Claiming that Megaton deserves to be blown up because it was built around a bomb is NOTHING like saying Nagasaki or Hiroshima deserve it because it was ALREADY bombed... Megaton simply deserves it because they willingly built their civilization around a potentially dangerous bomb... I personally don't think they deserve it, but I wouldn't be surprised or feel all that bad if the bomb went off... They made their bed when they moved in. But my point is that Naga or Hiro is a terrible comparison... It made no sense at all. People from Naga or Hiro didn't build their town with the knowledge they might potentially be bombed.....
I'm not saying that Megaton isn't stupid for building their town like they did. But by his logic, places that have been bombed in real life deserve to be bombed again because they didnt learn their lesson.
But in a way, you can understand Megatons plight. In it's beginnings, it was made by survivors of the War, but they couldn't just live anywhere, they took refuge in the crater the bomb made, they were going to move it, but some people started worshipping the bomb as a deity, and they needed those people to help put the walls up, plus, after so many years, you can't really blame Megaton for not moving it, I mean seriously, would YOU want someone DRAGGING a potentially unstable nuclear bomb on the ground? Now, I myself would not live anywhere near Megaton while the bomb is active. I'd rather live in the Pre-War comfort of TPT.
