"Youll know when it happens" Quest

Ok where exactly do I go to complete the "Investigate for clues" (Optional Quest)?

Ive been looking around but I cant seem to find anything unusual...

AND Theres a girl jnamed Allison in the Visitor Center who cant find her friend...Where can I find her friend?

Plus a (previously dead) terminal can suddenly be hacked.
