This ^^^

No regrets for me either. Well, maybe when my first character sided with the Stormcloaks and took Whiterun, the speech that Jarl Balgralf gave made him feel really bad. But he didnt regret it.

I regret killing
Spoiler
Grelod (The stubborn demoralizing Headmistress of Orphanage in Riften) & I killed Athis (a Companion from Jorvasskr) while completing a daedric quest) and joining Thieves Guild . At first I wanted to wipe out the Thieves Guild and Maven Black Briar.

However, I don't regret not joining the Companions. Them and their pseudo-Chuck Norris...

This times a thousand.

For something less meta, the Forsworn Conspiracy. Oh, the sheer joy I (and by extension, my character) felt when helping the Forsworn tear apart Thonar and the rest of Markarth...runied when a surviving Markarth guard followed me all the way to Broken Fang Lair and made Farkas go aggro. Felt like a complete monster after that, because the guard was bugged, charging me 0 gold for a crime that was cleared up at the end of the quest (killing all of his fellow guards). It felt like he was trying to get revenge.

The entirety of the 'Dragonborn' questline, too. It was made worse by the fact that it's fairly linear and short.

This! I just deleted a 63 based on the iconic Dragon Born character. He had maxed out studded armor and a sweet iron helmet. It's not a total loss though. Turns out I have an earlier save when he was 59.

Your name is Windhelm Guard . . . why did you join the Imperials?

I now regret killing either you or someone who looked like you, hell I can't tell under all that armor.

I regret the imperial playthroughs I've had because it always feels like killing the one decent chance that the empire has at getting their act together.

Not killing Madanach the first time I saw him, following Dagon's orders and taking his Razor the first time (now I disobey him and kill the Mythic Dawn guy later), and going through with the Thieves Guild questline.

Wait, so does that mean you regret siding with the Imperials or killing them?

1. Rikke makes a far superior Thrall to Ulfric or Galmar. She has an extremely large Health Pool, and a unique fighting style.
2. Tullius has no Political ties and pull, He is just a competent General that follows Orders.
3. The Emporer has too many Political Weaknesses, He has been targeted by Members of the Elder Council as a Target by the Dark Brotherhood for execution.
4. Many of the People like Myself, and probably Cecliff2 feel the Elder Council has become corrupted by Thalmor influence, and would not act until the Thalmor have already done someting like destroying Adamantine Tower, if at all. The Great War "ended" twenty years before the events in Skyrim.

EDIT My actual biggest regret is Rikke not surviving the Stormcloak side of the Civil War. Most of My characters do not have an Army of Thralls stored in a basemant. Forgetting to make a Hard Save during Marathon playthroughs is My second biggest regret.

This pretty much sums it up for me, and it's actually one of the things that I dislike the most about Skyrim. Not even killing the Emperor of Tamriel has any effect on the game world. Even the Imperial Legion acts as if he was still alive.

Joining the Stormcloaks on my second character, a mage.
After going through the questline and seeing Ulfric go all "What the [censored] am I supposed to do now? Oh, oh, OH! A speech! That'll help!" I started questioning every single thing I ever did with that character.
Deleted him not long after that catastrophy. Seriously, just playing him made me feel quilty for putting someone so incompetent on the throne.

If Adamantine tower was destroyed then all of Mundus would've been unmade also there is no real references stating that the Elder Council has been corrupted by the Thalmor.

I regret seeing what it would be like to have a character finish the stormcloak side of the civil war, good thing I saved before doing it.

If Talos and Men are still around, then Adamantine being destroyed will not be the end. Kyne can be an angry and vengeful Goddess, and She has Her Children that still remember.
Before You try pulling "Aedra=Dead" Lore, take Your current character in Skyrim to the Throat of the World and look long and Hard at the ONLY Dragon in Game that has Physical Damage. Mirmulnir does not have Visibly torn wings, even Durnheviir is more intact than Paarthurnax.

No, if Adamantine tower was destroyed that would be it, game over not even Talos would be able to keep Mundus up.

The empire's been treating their provinces like they're expendable so long as Cyrodiil remains safe. Summerset and Valenwood were lost, and Cyrodiil didn't care. Morrowind practically exploded and then was invaded by Black Marsh, Cyrodiil didn't care. Orsinium was sacked by Bretons/Redguards, and not a single peep to either High Rock or Hammerfell about it. Hammerfell was part of the terms of the WGC, and Cyrodiil gave them up to save their own province. Should Skyrim succeed in rebelling, they'll either have to start treating every province as equals or collapse in on themselves. Neither Skyrim or Hammerfell wanted to end the war. (Balgruuf himself even states they weren't asked or consulted in anyway)

Current events in cyrodiil make it clear that only the IC has a decent guard force and the rest of it is being dedicated solely to sitting on the border. Bravil and Cheydinhal burned under their watch.
