Occupation: The liberation of Skyrim to become a traditional and pure Nordic state and culture
Alignment: Mixed, will assault and kill if he is offended and steal if he wants something
Preferred weapons and fighting style: Duel mace/hammer
Armour: Heavy armour
Appearance: Heavy, long messy white/grey hair and beard, large scar over one eye, which he is blind in, other small scars

Back story: Having been rejected by his father at a young age after the death of his mother (through severe beating from his father) he wandered the land, doing odd jobs to live and keeping the cold at bay by drinking, often getting into heated fist fights and arguments. In his travels he would use any weapon he may find, preferring blunt as he did not have to sharpen them and could simply use a large stick, he also found that two weapons suited him more, as it was most similar to the fist fights he had grown up with, allowing him to quickly and powerfully pummel people with his hammers. His journeys led him to Cyrodiil were he settled down in a small shack in the woods, only appearing in town when he needed supply's and becoming infamous for easily taking offence and solving arguments with his fists, and being feared for using his two hammers much like extended hands an pummelling anything he personally felt would attack him (this included a large spectrum of things, often killing non hostile thing because he was suspicious of it, or creating an excuse to kill something he did not like) into nothing more than a bloodied pulp. Over the years he gradually became more bitter and upon hearing of the war in his beloved homeland, he decided to travel back to Skyrim and finally settle down were he will be truly comfortable. Upon trying to cross the border he was caught and sentenced to execution, becoming outrage that anyone would denie a true Nordic warrior passage into his own homeland, reinforcing his ideology that whilst foreign presence in Skyrim is acceptable, it is only as a citizen who respects the natives as if they were law, and that any position of power held by anyone but a Nord is a offence to his beloved country. Whilst he won't directly walk up to a count and kill him outright, he will accept even the smallest infraction as reason enough, for he is not a cold blooded killer, he sees himself as the bringer of true Nordic justice He see's the Empire as an offence to his proud history and is determined to push them out of Skyrim, and seeing dragons as nothing more than a large pair of boots. He has made it his mission to finally make a true home, an all Nordic Skyrim were he can live how he pleases. He by no means is on a Crusade, simply grumbling at Legion troops as they pass, only attacking if the Rebellion feels they have to, or he is offended by their activity, such as trying to enforce law on Skyrim's natives. For the most part he will sit in the tavern and occasionally use the forge, only going out of his way when he hears of something he opposes, and then not stopping until nothing but a bloodied mess lays in his wake. This is not for anyone but himself, for this is his Skyrim, and he will mould it into how he sees fit, a proud Nordic nation, who will not tolerate any insults to them, so Refugees best be careful

Appearance: Tan. Silver Hair. Green Eyes. Arrow mark on his left eye from where he shot an arrow, it hit a cave wall, bounced off, hit an enemy shield, and went into his eye as the result of an epic D&D fumble. Blind in left eye. 5' 3". 117 lbs. Muscular.
Skills (In order of importance): Sneak, Illusion, Archery, One-Handed, Alchemy, Lockpicking, Destruction, Conjuration, Restoration, Enchanting, Smithing, Alteration, Heavy Armor, Block, Two-handed, Speech, and Pickpocket
Importance of Attributes: Stamina: Very High (more loot carrying capacity and hopefully a faster speed and more sprinting) Magicka: High (Spells have high requirements to cast) Health: Very Low (I don't plan to get hit)
Background: Raised in a small Breton town near Valenwood. Found by a random traveler and brought to village from woods in Valenwood. Brought up by the Bretons until age 9. One day he got into a fight with his foster father after he got drunk and ran off into the forest. Coming back a while later he found the town burned to the ground. Not knowing what to do he headed into Valenwood. Shortly afterwards he is knocked out and wakes up in a camp in Valenwood. They begin to torture him. After three days, a strange figure appears in the shadows and signals him to escape on his signal through the use of a spell to speak through signs. The figure walks out of the trees and allows himself to be surrounded. Suddenly, he lights them all on fire, completely decimating hundreds of Bosmer. He helps Ruidarr out of his prison and leads him off into another part of Valenwood near the Cyrodiil border. He leaves mysteriously during the night. Ruidarr heads back into the forest and learns to be a ranger. Years later he hears there may be a mage by the description of his mage in the Western parts of Morrowind. The thing is, he will have to go through Skyrim or the Black Marsh to get there. Going off of a gut feeling, he goes to Skyrim. Upon arriving, he is arrested because he is believed to be a spy working for the Imperials to overthrow the resistance. Captured, he gets caught up in the mess of the Skyrim civil war.

Extremely Short and Undetailed Background (I don't feel like writing the whole thing and plus its not finished): Vistha-Kai came from the city of Soulrest in the lands of Argonia. After his parents were murdered by an unknown group of people, he left Black Marsh at the age of twenty-one and went up through Cyrodiil to avoid the war in Morrowind and crossed the border into Skyrim illegally and spent his twenty-second birthday in prison.

Background: Xyn was adopted by one of the Imperial nobles when he was a child. His real parents died from an unknown disease. Soon after he was adopted, his caretakers left, and Xyn got taken by the Bandits. The nobles were looking for him but The Bandits hid him, like they didn't know anything. He learned to survive in the wild lands and soon went Wild. He took everything he could get and went north, To the Snowy Lands Of Skyrim, cause he was out of food and there was nothing to hund in Cyrodiil. After trying to get across the border, Xyn was captured and tooken by the guards. He reached his goal, but now he will have to, somehow, survive his execution... (GAME START!)

Khajiit Male

Name: N'wah

Play style: Stealth

Background: Woke up in Balmora with no memory of anything, only wrist irons on him and cloth pants. He started to wander around Balmora and everyone called him N'wah, thus he adopted it as his name. He stole enough money to travel to Vivec. He then got caught stealing from the City of Vivec and was accused of the cause of disappearance of Vivec. He was sentenced to be executed, but Morrowind was had too much struggle to worry about him, so they sent him to Skyrim.

probably stereotypical with skyrim's setting but hey.

a night a thousand years to this day(i'm playing skyrim as if someone's telling the story of the dovahkiin years after the event) a clan by the name of sera'kouth(meaning swift blade) were sat at there village gathered around a fire watching the breath of the god's (aura borealis) noting how bright and vibrant it has been for the past 2 moons. many speaking that it was a portent to a prophecy not 300years old fortoldon an elder scroll now lost after the empire's fall. the day after the hunter/warriors of the clan went off into the forest's to hunt for game while the women collected berrie's and made ready for feast whilst out on this hunt it was the warrior of the name jor-shan'el who came across a boy of no more then 5 years of age as counted by men. jorshan'el approached the boy asking him how he came to be here the boy responded in the tongue of the redguards of which jor did not know. the other hunters had come to his side and two wondered as to where this strange infant had come to be in the middle of the woods alone. as jor was about to rest his han upon the boy's shoulder to offer him comfort something akin to lightining struck him and threw him meters away as the other hunters stared shocked into inaction by the clearly seeable symbol on the boys forehead the symbol of the dragon god!. after a moment the boy collapsed seemingly spent of all energy and awoke in the villiage of these honourable and strong nords it is in this very villiage the boy grew strong and learned the ways of honour,respect,disciplineand the ways of the hunt. but most of all this is the place which would show him his true potential...(end of arc) theres more if anyones interested lol thank you for reading.

couple of note's

sera'kouth pronounced seraco-uth and doesn't actually mean anything.

jor shan'el is said the same way yo would say kal-el or jor-el

please forgive for any spelling/grammatical/punctuation errors and remember this i my first try so won't be up to par with other more experienced RP'ers

Hiya every1 this is a great thread.

I really need help with fleshing my characters story out.by fleshing out I mean details on how I came to arrest and waiting exicution.

So far I've got.

The Elder Scrolls 5:Skyrim Character and Back Story.

Name-"Dar'kness" Dar(khajiit meaning) = thief,clever.....darkness because he has nothing in his hart but hate.

Age-24.

Race-Khajiit. (white with black markings)

Builed-Athletic.

Morality-Honourable.

Occupation-Lumberjack.

Specializations-Hunting,Theft and Assassination.

Weapons-Dual Daggers,Bow and Arrows.

Skills-*1 Handed Weapons.
*Marksman.
*Alchemy.
*Blacksmithing.
*Light Armour.
*Social.
*Stealth.
*Athleticism .

Character Bio.

"Dar'kness" was left on a Khajiit couples doorstep at only a few hours old with nothing more than the words "Dragon-Born" embroided on the blanket he was wrapped in.

The Khajiit couple raised "Dar'kness" as their own they taught him how to hunt with his bow,defend himself with his dual daggers,fish with his bare hands and even showed him how to run the family lumberjack business.

But a few days after "Dar'kness''s 24th birthday his foster parents mysteriously disappeared,the family house stripped bare.All that was left in the house that He had grown up in was a note stuck to the table with a dagger reading"All is not what it seams Dragon-Born"

"Dar'kness" grabbed his bow,arrows and his dual daggers and set of on a quest to uncover the whereabouts of his foster parents,the writer of the mysterious note and the meaning of the words "Dragon-Born"

Personality: Serious, very quiet, speaks only when he must. Does what he must to stay alive.
Alignment: Mostly towards good, but resorts to his criminal ways when he must.
Backstory: Having grown up in rough parts of the Empire, Wyatt took mostly to the life of crime, competing in illegal fights from a young age, which helped him build his stocky appearance. As a young man he was arrested for brawling in the streets in self defence. He then spent the rest of his years until the age of 22 when he was offered the choice of death or joining the Legion. After many years of fighting in small disputes across the Empire and conflicts, he rose the rank of Champion, where he was put in charge of a small fort near the border of Morrowind and Skyrim, where he was taking part in a patrol where he was ambushed by a large group of bandits, who overwhelmed the patrol. It wasn't for a few days until he awoke to find him self being escorted to his death, like a vision of his formerself, had he not chosen to extend his life..

Personality:kind but ruthless, he likes to drink and laugh and loves to fight, at battle his exprenced and unforgiving
Backround:
his father was a famous pirate(well more like viking) and took Ragnar often with him on his travels, on those travels he learnt how to use a bow and sword, he and his father robbed the west coasts of Tamriel. an old woman once called him ''Dovahkiin'' he never knew what that meant. At 5e 199 his fathers ships were attacked and sunk by a Thalmor ships and he is only one that survied, so he returns to Skyrim but gets sentenced to death as murderer of elfs and men.

I'm looking for help on my 1st attempt at a Character bio,any good suggestions will be added and the person with the best reply with have there 1st or 2nd name included in my character name to honour them..,also I will be adding weekly info when the game comes out about my characters exploits.

thanks! lol made this up as i went along never done any RPing or backstory creation before so nice to have praise been considering trying to rp in OB but have a couple of niggles to get past unless i use my current rich warrior redguard lol.

lol thanks again i made this or at least the one i wrote in the notes section on my mobile as i walked to the registry office to have my son's name put on to paper the one i posted on here is almost identical except i decided to add a character or two as well as make it seem like a story being told from a campfire years after the actual events and game i do have more but hasn't been as fleshed out as the rest that i posted which due to being the rough versio i may still make some cosmetic change's as for helping your do a back story,bio tec i need to know what kind of character you'd like to make warrior mage noble thief etc.

Backstory and Capture:A legendary Argonian warrior, famed for his part during the Oblivion crisis, Chancellor Ocato could not understand why he did not want not stay in the Imperial city after the crisis had ended and pleaded the hero to stay and act as a centerpiece for the Imperial recovery. But Sala would not stay, for the Hist were calling, rumors had been spreading throughout Cyrodiil that the Argonian populace were mysteriously returning to there homeland of Black Marsh; these rumors had been correct, the Hist had recalled every Argonian home for an unknown reason, the reason so many in Cyrodiil had returned was because of the proximity of Cyrodiil to the Marsh, that said, even Argonians in High Rock felt something was wrong. Eventually he returned and made his way to Murkwood, the place of his birth. Sala is one of the only being's in Tamriel who knows how to enter the legendary place. Once there he searched for his tribe, the Xacxa-Lavara or Guardians of Life; life in case meaning the Hist. Forty years later he was chosen to lead the charge against Morrowind and the hated Dunmer along with many of his kins-men. With a personal entourage of around sixty tribal brethren, and in command of around three thousand Argonians he personally conquered most of southern Morrowind, his warband were expected to be responsible for around eighteen thousand deaths, including many Dunmer, Imperial guardsmen, other elves and settled Argonians who had foresaken their heritage and refused to return to the Marsh. Once Mournhold had been torn down, his duty was was done. He moved to a desert camp set up by an intuiative warband and began administrative duties. Twenty years on and he had created a thriving town, almost solely made up of Argonians aswell as a dark brotherhood minor guildhouse, even elves were left alone, to their surprise, if they were members of the guild. However the Hist had called again. Sala and his entourage, which only consisted of twenty five tribesmen now as most had been killed or captured during the conflict, instantly left their bustling town and returned home. None of these twenty six warriors were seen again for one hundred and thirty five years. Then seven Argonians emerged from Murkwood, one of which was the famed Sala-Xileel, news quickly spread across the Marshlands that he had not perished in Morrowind, as the stories told, and had in fact been in deep contemplation in the center of Murkwood. After several years roving the Marsh settling tribal disputes, a high priestess approached the so called 'nobles' and asked that they track down and kill the last descendant of one of the most influential Dunmer slaver houses, the seven fellows consulted eachother and decided that they would indeed leave the Marsh once again; the elf knew that both the Argonian high council and the Dark Brotherhood wanted him dead, and so hired a personal army of mercenaries. Sala and the six remaining members of his tribal warband tracked the elf and his group of hired blades across the entirety of the colovian highlands steadily picking off stragglers. The elf decided that he had to face fate and fight, he made his stand deep in the Jerall mountains, Sala and his group had met with a team of Shadowscales and came to the agreement that they would share the contract; deep in the night they made their move, sweeping down out of the mountains in a shroud of darkness, silently killing as they went. However the elf was no fool, he had anticipated such an attack and fled the camp minutes before the assualt, he had hoped to seek refuge in the kingdom of Nords, Skyrim. The mercenaries had been utterly destroyed but one of the four shadowscales and two of Sala's band had been killed in the conflict; in a blood rage Sala broke rank and sprinted after the coward. The elf had reached the bottom of the mountain and in sheer delight bounded towards a large group of patrolling Nordic guardsmen, however a few metres away the guardsmen the elf burst into a flurry of blue and yellow and purple flames, the nord's were in shock, then a blood drenched figure appeared from the shadows, it was Sala, the guardsmen immediately surrounded him, happy that he had fulfilled his duty to the council and avenged his brethren he accepted his arrest to the guard's relief. At this very moment he is in chains on his way to execution; the journey is expected to be around three months, is this where the legend ends?.

Gender: Male

Appearance: Pale skin with black hair and beard (hopefully forked). Blue eyes, scar from a sword slash on left eye, some sort of warpaint maybe if i can get it to look cool. Probably wear iron or leather armor (depends on what all the armor looks like) no helmet (maybe the minotaur one cause it looks cool but i doubt it).

Background Story: He was a warrior who was caught stealing a barrel of mead. Sent to execution because he killed five guards before they could knock him out.

Weapon of Choice: Sword and Shield for up close, and Bow for distance.

Occupation: Smith/Adventurer
