Your character's body type

Post » Sun Nov 29, 2009 8:44 am

It's been confirmed so far that some kind of body customization is in Skyrim. It's also been said that there is more variety in the character appearances that we can create than in the previous TES titles.

So what is your character going to look like if these options would be in the game? I purposely left the Races out of the poll.

Edit2:
Race: Argonian
Gender: Male
Height: Average
Body Type: Fat
Special: Scar in face
Age: Average (about 30)

If possible he looks something like this: http://d.facdn.net/art/eto12/1303485453.eto12_f001c1.jpg :)

Just for fun:

Female, short, fat, curved back, wooden leg, hook, eyepatch and scars and tattoos everywhere.

Male, between average and tall, between muscular and normal, no tattoes or the like(I think).

Mmm... For some reason it made me think of Uwe Boll's new production. A parody (this time intended) of Bloodrayne - 'Blubberella' or something like this. Anyway, if Skyrim allows for that much fat in a body type, on my first playthrough, I'm going to roll (oh, bad pun here) a character like that just for kicks.

Probably do an average muscular, I always do a male on a first playthrough but nearly always a female with red hair on subsequent playthroughs. If there is no red hair in skyrim I will only ever play as male

Now I realized I forgot Age from the poll. I guess I'll add it to the poll.

Kinda a useless poll for me. If ES-V is anything like ES-III and ES-IV I'll be playing hundreds of characters. I'd say most will be normal and average depending on the Role Play I'm doing.

Oh, and while you're at it, could you please add a 'None' option to the special appearance section? 'Other' doesn't quite cover it and the poll doesn't allow me to submit my vote without any of these options marked.

Female, thin, short, tatoos (maybe) and young.

But I don't thing we will have so many choices, I'm not even sure we can be fat or change the size because it would completely change the armors. Maybe there will be only one body per race...

Perhaps. Anyway this asks what kind of first character you'd like to play.

Edit:

I edited it to say "Average". Anyway about 30 is pretty likely the middle age in Skyrim as I don't think they've modern healthcare there yet.

I fully subscribe to the belief that if you're going to stare at someone's butt for 200 hours, it should be a nice one. Female, tall, normal etc.

I don't think this is much of a problem, seeing as it has been done already (The Sims 3, for example).

Me:

Race: Imperial

Height: Average (5ft 8in)

Body Type: Thin

Accessories: Scars on back (got these when tortured in prison), Scars on right eye (got caught with a shortsword right to the face), Scar on torso (the scar runs from left shoulder to right of the waist; got this scar from a katana slash from a mysterious old man?), Tattoo of a bloody sword on right shoulder
