Your character's name?

Post » Wed Mar 24, 2010 6:37 am

I usually use my own (norse) name for my nord characters, Eldar.
For additional characters i use other fitting norse/Norwegian names like Hauk, Ravn, Grim, Alvarin etc..

My Dunmer male will probably be named Kitbaal (no last name; he's an Ashlander). My Nord female will be Sigrun (or Sigrún if they'll finally let me use special characters) Ulfsdjotr (or Ulfsdjótr if they let me use special characters).

I jump from name to name far too much but I'll probably go with:
Kazae
Wilhelm
or Dreth (stolen from Valen :D)

For female:
Athanasia
or Evangeline

My first character will be an imperial male named Vasilly Dmytryk. Other characters that I don't take serious usually get a stupid name like "Mah Lazaaar".

I tend to play as an imperial called Kaeso. When I played Rome Total War my roman generals and captains would sometimes be called Kaeso. Since imperials are modeled on romans I thought it was appropriate.

I've had a Dunmer female named Yoa, a Nord male named Wulfgar, an old man Imperial guy named Grigory Dracone, and an Argonian named Laughs Out Loud.

I've never used m own named before. That would be kinda uncreative and boring.

I've always chosen a female khajiit and given her the name Taela. Check my signature if you want. :whistling:

For Skyrim, I'll make a secondary Nord character and name him Siftkni the Avalanche

My female khajiits go by names Ra'vena (assassin) and K'shara (spellsword). In Fallout, Mass Effect, and other non-fantasy games they go by Veronica and Jill repectively. Yes, i play the same characters in every RPG :D I have a neglected warrior/soldier type character too, that i've never played in Oblivion.

Checked, and it brings me to a blank "about me" forum page. That normal ?

It's actually the page for editting your own "About Me" page. He's just put the wrong link in. Visit his profile then click on his About Me page to read the history of his Khajitt

Seem to be a wrong link, it's supposed to go to his/her "About me" page, just click his/her username and you'll get there.

Edit: Huh? Who cast "Slow" on me? :stare:

I'm not exactly super creative, so a good detective would know where I get all my names from. The bookshelf.

I'm SERIOUSLY considering naming my next (likely Imperial, as he'd be the right build) "Althalus". If anyone knew that book they might see the parallels I'm talking about.

Mine is simple for males: Stewart, for females: Trawets. If you can't get how i made my female name then buy a mirror ;)

That's my name.
I'll just use Phero maybe with a Nordic title.

Aetos, for my Dunmer Ranger.
Greyback or Greywulf for my Nord, even better if he can become a were-wolf :)
