For dragon shouts I guess the voice of a Nord is the best choice. No one would believe that a small wood elf had enough power to summon a dragon.

For talking it is the voice of a dunmer, Dark, slow, a little mysterious.

I lack actual voices from the game to judge by, so I will not vote.
I cannot use past games, because there was no sterotypical voice for any race, and the voices for races changed from game to game.

It always makes me feel weird when I'm roleplaying a character then I hear their voice. It just makes it all suddenly too cinematic. If this is in, I'll disable it as possible. I can see why people would want it, but it's not for me.

And khajiits should sound like they did in Morrowind. Just the phrase "Warm day to you friend", sounded way better with that soft voice of theirs ^_^
