I was wondering if this was a crazy idea or not , it was the first thing I thought of when Bethesda announced Fallout Shelter, what if Fallout Shelter and Fallout 4 mix together? By that I mean the vault you make in the mobile app is imported into your Fallout 4 game, and depending on how high of a level you are in Fallout shelter will decide how rare of loot you get . But the vault would be identical to the one in your Fallout Shelter app and it's like a secluded area on the map that you cannot even get near until you link your console account to your mobile account and when you do it spawns an NPC that you talk to so that you start a quest to go into your vault and defeat radiated humans with the names of your dwellers in the app . Please help this topic be seen by the leaders of Bethesda and hopefully it could come true ,

But I like that idea no matter how improbable it seems.

The thing is, the environment is not generated so doing this would require a lot of resources from Bethesda in developing this possibility.

It's a cool idea though. Might be worth a DLC.

Well judging by settlements and the hud for the fallout shelter game, they are very similar as far as resource management go.

You have the same icons, power, water, food, and people.

Not sure if it's just to stay familiar or if it has any connection.

Doubt it, since it would basically prevent anyone that doesn't have a compatible Iphone from enjoying a major feature of the game.

I personally hate when they tie in some mobile app to the game. ME3 did that and it pissed me off. A single player game should stand alone on its own. You want me to do something in game to unlock content then put it in the game. I mean if it is just extra loot or something like that then fine but if it effects story lines or game play options then no don't do it.

I want Fallout Shelter to be a minigame I can play in the game between missions/exploration trips.
