Your fav safehouse : Fallout: New Vegas

I'd like to know which safehouses in Fallout:Nv are your favorite.I'm very much a hunter/gatherer type of player, and I like extensive exploring area near my safehouse, (as I normally walk everywhere)

Now Im currently using Novac, and have also come across many 'abandoned' shacks.
I'm looking for one that might have a campfire.

Does anyone know how reliable 'secure' containers are at abandoned shacks (the ones wiki:vault says are unownable, but secure)

Ya I know of them all, just haven't been to them all.

Which should i work to getting. I was thinking NCR. Which are cool?

Favourite so far CL, but have yet to be inside the FotA one, and I just stay at Novac.

Not really just store save, go to another indoor area and wait a week if the items are there still it should be safe.
Sasprillia crates and I think ammo crates are always safe.

One note if you wish to haul an ungodly amount of loot to a far off residence not near a Mojave express postbox, stick it all in a sasprillia crate use move object ( z on pc ) and just leg it there, with no encumbrance.

I like the FoTA safehouse (Only because, unlike the BoS safehouse, it has gear for different character types), I like the BoS safehouse, I love the BoS Bunker, and the Lake Mead Cave.

NICE TIP! I probably would have fast travel (which I frown upon) a couple a time to move all the stuff., This way will be longer, and FUN!!! YAY

I haven't personally unlocked the NCR safehouse yet, but I can safely say that the Legion one is my favourite, because of its nice location, primitive insides, and just generally looking like the kind of safehouse any Wastelander would seek refuge in.
I can't say I have anything against the BoS safehouse though. It's nice, secluded, and it's got some decent stuff lying around inside.

The problem is that those are HEAVY weapons, they dont have any lightweight gear, I dont get there being Recon Armor without there being any lighter weapons like the Tri-Beam or Gauss Rifles that the Paladins DO use.

I like the NCR ranger safehouse, it has a nice and decayed atmosphere. It's rather central on the map, too

Well Im Vilified by the CL, so is there still ways to get the CL safehouse.

I've been helping NCR, and they seem to be the good guys, and CL as the bad. Have I got this mistaken?
Is the CL bad to associate with?

Can I get legion safehouse without the ncr/house hating me ? And I havent interacted with them and now I need to visit the fort to get benny.

It's my favorite because of the central location too...and it actually *feels* like a safe house because it's so secluded inside the mountain.

You need to be idolized by that faction to get into the safehouse

NCR Safehouse is my favorite I turned that place into an armory full of good stuff.

Yes you can but, you have to be very careful.

And my fav safehouse is the BoS safehouse.

Nobody is gonna scavange it while I'm away because of the deathclaws and the campfire, reloading bench, and workbench all in the same place makes things pretty convenient. I added a bunch of Nuka Victory and Quartz to brighten things up a bit.

Wolfhorn Ranch is my favorite place to store stuff.
