Baladas Demnevanni simply because he gets all his spot light time stolen by Divayth Fyr... Who is way cooler then him but not as cool as Vivec who in turn is not as cool as Sotha Sil which is probably my real favorite character, but that doesn't count cause I already mentioned the crazy old guy in Gnisis with knowledge of the Dwemer that far surpasses anything we've seen so far with the exception of Yagrum who is also kinda cool.

Given the writing for Morrowind, it's not so odd. I remember seeing that Daedroth coming down the tower, as I stood perfectly still. When I walked right passed me, I went upstairs, and what did I find?

Vivec or either Nerevar Indoril who in my opinion I think is a Dunmer. If I had to pick one, it would have to be Vivec since he's so slick to me.
