Tough question. Maybe Trinimac-Malacath? Mankar Camoran is interesting too. And of course, Marukh. The three founders (Alessia, Whitestrake, Morihaus) are a endless source of fascination.

1. Pelinal Whitestrake - not only did he often flip out and kill people like any other stereotypical hero, he also showed deep understanding of what he was doing and of the true nature of the Divines

2. Cyrus - he is the standard by which Nathan Drake, etc. all wish they could live up to but totally fail to

3. Azura - she is ridiculously patient and always keeps her word

Pelinal, because he's basically a PC who forgets to reload his saves after either brutally murdering people or getting killed.

Hjalti for being just a (somewhat) regular guy who ended up being the Emperor of all of Tamriel.
