Count Janus Hassildor is definitely my favorite. He just has that "cool" factor about him, he cares for the people. Know what I mean?

Too few Cyrodiilic politicians actually seem to care. What a corrupt government. Janus is one of the few who actually do seem to care. Also, his secret is pretty cool. :D

I went for Hassildor too.

I guess because the others don't really get enough backstory and involvement in the quests. Hassildor has his role in several quests and his personality comes through in all of them. Ocato, meanwhile, is the de facto leader of the Empire yet he barely figures in the main plot.

Regulus Terentius is my second favourite, because of the quote he gives when you meet him and then because of his quote when you buy the Bravil house.

The true governor of Anvil I think, but for some reason my mind goes foggy and a grey like fugue pops up whenever I try to think about him!

Count Hassildor of course.

But I do also think the Countesses of Chorrol and Bruma are worthy.

Dammit Mumatil, four years and I never twigged not once. the rank coupled with the fact that, as Vicente puts it he "likes his evenings"

One careless post and now all I can think is "One Ah ha ha ha... Two ah ha ha ha..."

I think the problem is that they aren't politicians... everyone is a hereditary or appointed noble. I'm honestly surprised that Regulus and Andel have 3 votes between the two of them. I would have been surprised if either of them even had 1.

I'm glad to see that Narina Carvain is running a solid second. I figured that Count Hassildor would walk away with this one, but I really like Countess Carvain and she got my vote. She's strong and noble and brave. And sort of cute besides.

And honestly, I have a soft spot for Marius Caro. He's just such a friendly, earnest little geek, sitting there smiling on his throne while his wretched wife bustles around town with her entourage in tow, or toddling up to bed by himself while she hosts another one of her dinner parties. I'd like to take him out some time and get him drunk and let him tell me what he really thinks of his wife. I'm sure it'd be good for him to get it all off of his scrawny little chest.

The one person who I think could actually fight... Hassildor... though I have to say, I was a bit peeved when he told me he saved my life, since he arrived after I

Wow. I'm the first to vote for Countess Ariana of Chorrol. Yea, she's stuck-up and a bit on her high-horse, but she's the only leader I know of who actually rides a horse, gets out into the countryside and travels around. That's so hot.

Alessia Caro can also frequently be seen about the wilderness.

I guess the menfolk of Cyrodiil's nobility would prefer to sit on their thrones all day....not that they really do much.

I must say Janus, also. I just got a good feeling about him, and i only think he is more friendly, when considering he's a vampire.

mwahahaha
its what I do.

Other decent rulers:

I think Marius is trying his best but his wife................well. (grabs tongs and hammer.) For the Argonians!

Anvil: nice enough lass, but she gets pretty mad about when I ask about the whole 'husband' thing.

Bravil: I just like his prickish attitude.

Seconded, although I nerely voted Narina. But that′s just because I love Bruma

Hassildor is a nice guy and runs a nice, clean town. Ariana is at a close second (even though her daughter is a bit mean).

Well of course your town is going to be stable and prosperous if your ruler is immortal, leaves most people alone, and the rest too scared to mess with him.

I voted for Count Bravil because, like a proper ruler, he seems to have mercury poisoning and is even further out of his wits than Count Cheydinhal.
