DOOM Bulpdaun SMG or Kross SMG secondary
On my light (operative/medic):

I only just figured out today that the doom pack (gamestop preorder) lets you equip two bulpdaun smgs, so I've been running that setup today. Gives me more power at range than running bulpdaun/kross, at the cost of slightly lower close quarters performance. On both bulpdauns I run yeotek red dot sight, extended magazine, four way muzzle break, and forward grip. On the Kross I run adjusted iron sights, drum magazine, speed holster, and six way muzzle break. For the Hjammerdeim I run adjusted iron sights and speed holster, and for all of the assault rifles I use the low-pro red dot sights, extended magazines, underslung grenade launchers, and dual vent muzzle breaks.
I've always been a huge fan of the FN-P90 and FN-2000, so I love the look and feel of the bulpdaun smgs. Without a doubt they're my favorite in the light/medium weapon class, with the kross smg coming in close second. I'd say for the heavy weapon class my favorite is probably the Hjammerdeim.
EDIT:
Just noticed a lot of people still prefer the galactic... I used it a lot early on but honestly it isnt that great. Accuracy and stopping power are lower than some of the other smgs - the only real advantage it has is a 90 round drum magazine that lets you spray 20-30 more shots before reloading than the other smgs do. The tampa and carb 9 both have pretty horrid accuracy/stability too, despite what the weapon stats show ingame. Really, if you want an SMG for close quarters, the Kross is the best you can get, and for long range nothing beats the bulpdaun's power and accuracy =P
