Haven't posted in a long time, but I like this topic: so here are my favorites.

Races and Cultures: Dunmer and Dwemer

NPC's: Dagoth Ur, Divayth Fyr, Nerevar, the Tribunal, and Sheogorath.

Book: 36 Sermons of Vivec,

Factions: Great Houses Telvanni, Redoran and Dagoth.

Regions: Vvardenfall, Solthsteim and Shivering Isles

As you can tell my favorite game of the "Elderscrolls" series is Morrowind. I like Oblivion too, mainly because of the Shivering Isles expansion; but Morrowind will always have a special place in my heart. The story, lore and customs of the Dunmeri peoples is amazing.

Races: Dunmer and Aragonians. Places: Vivec, Sadrith Mora and the Shivering Isles. People: Fyr, Sotha-Sil, Sheogorath.
Everything about daedra, aedra and the Tribunal is interesting (especially MK works). The whole TES universe is one of the best and coolest fictional universes I ever read/seen/heard about.

Race: Redguards.
Books: Real Barenziah, Fool's Ebony, both of the Decumus Scotti stories, both of Baloth-Kul's plays, the Firsthold Revolt.
NPCs: Barenziah, Elysana, Morgiah(that whole family really. Not a fan of Helseth, though), Gortwog, Mannimarco, Cyrus the Mercenary, Caius Cosades, Big-Head, Vivec, Mankar Camoran. Probably others.
Daedric Prince: Clavicus Vile.
Creature: All the oversized insects of Morrowind, even the ones we didn't see in Vvardenfell.
Artifact: Wabbajack, naturally.
Faction: Telvanni, Mages Guild.
Song: That Skyrim theme is sounding pretty sweet.

I like the stuff that isn't really that explained. The Staff of Chaos, the Horn of Summoning, Dwynnen. All the interesting things that get shunted aside.

I would have to say that some of my favorite lore of the ES series is: Immortal Blood, Surfeit of Thieves, Purloined Shadows, Manual of Arms, and etc.

I like Nerevar and Vivec the most. I can't decide which one's more of my favorite. Too bad we can't see the chimeri version of Nerevar anymore but in my opinion, in his reincarnation, he is a bald dark elf. Vivec looks so cool too looking half chimer, half dunmer and all. Great generals, great individuals. My favorite song in all the elder scrolls series is "peace of akatosh" from the Oblivion soundtrack.

My favorite Daedric princes Hircine,Sheogorath, Nocturnal, Jyggalag,Meridia and Hermaeus Mora....

I second Fief, but in particular the Orcs and all about them. They're my fav, it's true. (Even if they get in my way a lot.)

Favorite characters are Mankar Camoran, Sheogorath, Reman Cyrodiil, Pelinal Whitestrake and Frandar Hunding. My favorite place in ES: the Shivering Isles. Favorite stories are the Fall of the Snow Prince, Accords of Madness, The Song of Pelinal and Vivec's Sword Meeting with Cyrus the Restless. My favorite aspect of the lore are the daedric princes and Ayelids - since they inform a lot of the Mer centric conflicts in Tamriel. I also like the idea of the Redguard sword singers - changed my whole perspective on Redguards.

The lore about the god Shor is my favorite.To me, he is the Captain Jack Sparrow of the Elder Scrolls games.
