My favourite is either Haskill because of his snappy dress sense and that when you meet him the room is so surreal or Pelinal Whitestake because he comes to you in that vision where you are 100 feet above Cyrodil and the view is AAAWWWWWEEEESSSSSOOMMMMMEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I voted for Haskill because of his dry sense of humor. My current character dislikes Sheo quite a bit and would never lift a finger to help him with any of his quests. She has never forgiven him (or herself) for allowing her to get tricked into the cruelty at Borderwatch.

Same here. I laugh more at what Haskill says than anyone else. One of my favorite lines of his is "While being summoned is truly a wonderful thing, and not at all tiresome, I believe Lord Sheogorath wishes you to speak with him again."

How can I not vote Sheogorath? Haskill is good too though..

CAn't really vote cuz I haven't met all these characters yet. I'd probably go with Pelinal Whitestrake tho. I love how epic he is, and he took Dyan the Paladin way up into the sky when he pvssyd with her once she found the final Wayshrine.
